This is "Mama" in the lime green dress, standing 7.25" tall. She has a paint chip on the right side of the concertina she is playing. She has also been repaired very neatly at the neck. She is a gorgeous example of Muriel Joseph George's earliest work in California. Listed on page 15 of Josef Originals 3rd Edition (2008) by Jim and Kaye Whitaker, she is valued at $150-160 in pristine condition, which this one isn't. I truthfully never noticed the repaired neck until recently, but the gold paint missing on the concertina is visable. She might still make a great addition to your Josef Originals collection.
