A sweet little addition to your Christmas collection will be 'Deck the Halls." She stands 7.5" tall and plays, yes, DECK THE HALLS. She is in outstanding condition, with a little crazing on the white base, but no chips, dings or repairs. The hair, face, arms and hands and ribbon garland do not appear to be kiln fired like the white shiny dress and base. I am not sure why this is...but I have a couple of pieces where the red was not fired and is easily damaged with just normal handling. Maybe way back then, red glaze had not been produced yet? I have no idea. Her face and hair were pretty dirty, but easily cleaned up with a little soap and water. She plays well and at a normal speed, but does have a little extra hum/rattle...not bad but its there. I hope you are excited to see her and maybe add her to your holiday collection.
