This is another new piece or "first timer" for me...it's the Zodiac Wizard Libra in paper mache. Thought to be made in the 1960s, he's in awesome condition. Hard to believe, but he also includes the original scroll under his arm (tells about the Libra astrological sign), the original hangtag, and the small Josef Originals black/gold label and small Japan label on the bottom.
