This fabulous piece is called The Nurse and is part of the Careers series. She stands 7" tall and is such a great example of the detail and emotion that Muriel Joseph George was able to capture with her designs. Unfortunately, this piece is repaired at the neck. She is shown in the Josef Originals 3rd Edition by Jim and Kaye Whitaker and Dee Harris on page 80 and is listed in this 2008 volume at $160-180 in pristine condition.
