One of Muriel's large pieces, this is Pamela, from the Colonial Days series. She stands 9.5" tall and is in excellent condition. She includes the name label, oval black/gold Josef Oriinals label and incising and oval Japan label on the bottom. There is a small amount of crazing on the bottom front and also on the bottom, typical of an older piece. Crazing involves the paint under the shiny glaze...does not hurt it or create any weakness in the piece. Her details are gorgeous, including all of her fingers, which very often are broken and missing. The Colonial Days series is shown in the Josef Originals 3rd Edition by Jim and Kaye Whitaker and Dee Harris and is listed at $160-175 in pristine condition.
