    This company is first class to work with. Their dolls are carefully packaged and always arrive when promised and in perfect condition. I purchased these beautiful, one of a kind, dolls for my God daughter for the past 21 years. She is still excited to receive them.

    I have been purchasing Josef Dolls for more than 40 years! First for my daughter who is 45 and then for my granddaughters 16 & 21 and have been very happy with all services. The last few years I have been receiving e-mail messages before each granddaughters birthday so not to forget - especially nice as I get older and my memory gets worse! I also appreciate that the dolls come gift wrapped with a card written just as I composed. Another thing is the personal touch of Pam contacting me by phone on occasion regarding questions she might have and I have called her also. It's so nice to speak to an actual person and not to a recording. I give this company an A+ rating because even tho it is probably a large company it has the feeling .of a smalll "Mom & Pop" operation! Thank you Pam! Pat Cobb in Walla Walla, WA

    My mother started giving my daughters these angels to my daughter when she turned one. I have kept up the tradition and my daughter absolutely loves them. She looks forward to them each year. she plans on moving out soon so we are looking to purchase a curio cabinet for her so she can take them with her.

    I am in Aww with the figurine I purchased . But more in AW with the customer service I received . Pam is by far one of the kindest individuals I have purchased from in a while . She went Over and beyond to help me !!! I will definitely be recommending this site to others .
