    The first doll I received was broken in shipping and they replaced it no questions asked. The best thing is that the new one came gift wrapped with a beautiful note. My grandniece loves her 13 year Josef doll. Many thanks.

    I have been buying Josef Dolls since the birth of our first granddaughter in 1979. We have four granddaughters. Lisa and Erica have numbers newborn to 18 and 21. Fallon has numbers newborn to 18. Sarah has numbers newborn to 13.

    This is my review. Why would I come back for each girls birthday if I and they didn't love their doll?
