    I have been purchasing these lovely birthday dolls for Granddaghter for 16 years. 45 days before 16th birthday I went online to order but #16 was on back order. As birthday drew near I was in contact with Pam in Customer Service. Although still on back order she managed to find one and shipped to us just in time for birthday! Maybe not always able to make this happen in the future, I am even more so, than ever, a pleased returning customer! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    She is just beautiful as all the dolls previously. I have been giving them to my granddaughter ever since she was born. From the newborn to now sweet 16

    I did not see this as it was sent to my Granddaughter in another state. When I was young my parents could not afford the dolls, though my Mom gave me the month doll. I started giving them to my Daughter when she was born and have continued the tradition for my Granddaughter.

    Our daughter has been receiving a doll since her birth. They are packed super well and not one has been damaged. The attention to detail on the dolls and the new"gift" they are holding every year is especially touching.

    I have not seen it in person, as it comes to me wrapped to give my granddaughter. I give her one each since she was born. That is the main gift she looks for each year. She had more shelving put in her room. Just for her JosefDolls. It has been the best tradition I ever started with my granddaughter. I highly recommend them.

    I have given my granddaughter a Josef's birthday angel each year since she was one. This is an annual tradition we both look forward to! The workmanship is wonderful. Highly recommend.
