    I was going to stop my daughter's collection at 18, but she has always been so happy to open her annual josef figurine, that I'm going on to 21!

    I will be calling soon to find out about your return policy my joefdoll arrived 8 days after placing order, has a large spot on top of head, smaller spot on neck, a bird that it is holding is painted halfblue and bottom of plastic bag that it is wrapped in is soiled with a white ring. Could I please return this item and be sent one that is not defected with spots, painted well, and put in a clean bag. I can not give this to my niece for her birthday. I will have to shop at another store for a better 19 josefdoll.

    The Josef dolls has been a tradition for my granddaughter for 19 years now. This was started by her great grandmother on 1st birthday....she continued each year until she passed away...she made me promise to continue this tradition which I did about 8 years ago. My granddaughter loves these dolls and looks forward to receiving them each year. I was having a hard time finding Josef dolls in Hallmark stores....I found this site and I have ordered from them each year with 100% satisfaction. I will continue the tradition.

    My granddaughter, Anna, is going to love this little lady. I started her collection when she was born, and so glad I found a way to continue to buy them, since I have already started on my 2 great-granddaughters collections.
