This is School Belle from Muriel Joseph George's "Belle" series and is in very good condition. The figurines in this series stand 4" tall and were produced after "The Little Belles"series. They feature two holes in the back of the piece so the clapper can be tied to the figurine. She sells for $35 plus our flat rate shipping to anywhere in the continental US. Note: Other bells in this series include Dinner Belle, Christmas Belle, Belle of the Ball, Church Belle, Southern Belle and Wedding Belle. Do not confuse these with the smaller 3.5" bells that were produced earlier in Muriel's career and were part of "The Little Belles" series.
